Founder & CEO, Dhee Coding Lab | Director, ProDhee Technologies

Shishira Bhat knows how much the right guidance can change a learner's life—because it changed his own. For him, teaching is about helping a learner understand a difficult concept and begin to believe in their own ability. Coming from a non-IT engineering background, he found his way into software through mentorship and practical experience. Today, he brings that understanding to his teaching, making complex concepts easier to grasp and helping students discover confidence in their own abilities. Having trained lakhs of students, he remains passionate about helping learners feel that a future in technology is within their reach.

His journey spans Nous Infosystems, Target and Ciber India, followed by co-founding JSpiders and serving as its Vice President. Together with Suraj Vijay, he built Dhee Coding Lab, which has trained more than 15,000 students, to offer the guidance, coding practice and project experience that can help graduates take their first steps into a career. Through ProDhee Technologies, they also bring practical software solutions and automation to businesses.

For Suraj Vijay Shetty, a student's first job carries meaning far beyond an offer letter. It can mean independence, renewed confidence and a family’s hopes beginning to take shape. This belief drew him towards education and continues to guide his work with aspiring professionals. Through training, mentorship and interview preparation, he helps students develop their skills, recognize their potential and prepare to take that first important step.

From software development at Neutrinos to serving as a Lead Trainer at Test Yantra and CEO of Pentagon Space, his journey has kept him close to the challenges young graduates face. Across his career, he has helped more than 25,000 aspiring engineers transition from learning to employment and secure their first jobs in the IT industry. During his association, Pentagon Space trained approximately 50,000 students, while he contributed to training, team development and industry relationships. Together with Shishira Bhat, he built Dhee Coding Lab, which has trained more than 15,000 students, to help committed learners move from aspiration to opportunity. Through ProDhee Technologies, they also bring practical software solutions and automation to businesses.
